The Philippine Air Force has been using GPS-guided bombs against the Abu Sayyaf in the jungles of southern Philippines.
A document, seen by AP, said that Raytheon delivered 22 kits to convert dumb bombs into precision-guided munitions last year. Raytheon upgraded the equipment on the OV-10 so that it can launch the new weapon and conducted two test runs.
