A Russian businessman is on trial for overcharging the Navy for an anchor that is installed on aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov.
Valentin Ponomarev, the director general of OOO Nevsky Yakor, sold the rusty anchor for 4 million rubles after buying it from a Dutch firm at 1 million rubles. He then fake documents to make it appear its a new anchor that met specifications.
