Rolls-Royce wins V-22 engine order
THe Pentagon has placed an order with Rolls-Royce for 268 AE 1107C engines for the CV-22 and MV-22. The contract is worth $598 million.

First upgraded T-38 for Turkish Air Force delivered
Turkish Aerospace Industries has handed over the first modernized T-38 trainer to the Turkish Air Force. A total of 55 aircraft will be upgraded with delivery of last aircraft in 2014.

Italy probe 51 million Euro payout in IAF AW101 VVIP helicopter deal
A Switzerland-based consultant is being investigated by Italy to determine if he received a payout of 51 million Euro to “facilitate” the sale of 12 AW101 VVIP helicopters for the Indian Air Force.
