Boeing to modernize flight deck and avionics of the U.S. and NATO E-3
Boeing has received a $368 million Engineering, Manufacturing and Development (EMD) contract to develop a design that modernizes the flight deck and avionics of the U.S. and NATO E-3 707 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft fleet.

Apache on a F1 race track
This RSAF AH-64D has landed on the spot where Sebastian Vettel, Jenson Button, Fernando Alonso and Michael Schumacher all have raced their F1 cars during the Singapore Grand Prix. The attack helicopter is there to support the Singapore Army, which is having its open house at the heart of the city this weekend. Joining the Apache is a RSAF Super Puma helicopter, and these two are perhaps the first military helicopters ever on a F1 race track.
Last USMC CH-46 pilot graduates
1st Lt. Zerbin Singleton is the final U.S. Marine Corps CH-46 pilot to graduate when he took his final check ride on Wednesday at Camp Pendleton.
