The U.S. Marine Corps plans to fly the MV-22 from Okinawa to six different training routes. Two will take place over the Tohoku region while the other four are over Shinetsu, Shikoku, Kyushu and the Amami island chain.
A total of 330 flights are plan each year with the majority flying at heights of 500 feet.
