Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra said Tuesday that her Cabinet had agreed not to make a decision on NASA’s request to use U-Tapao naval air base for climate studies until Parliament reconvenes Aug. 1.
NASA says it needs an answer by end of this month as it plans to start the studies in August.
