An investigation by the Pentagon’s Inspector General’s office found that the head of the Missile Defense Agency, Lt. Gen. Patrick O’Reilly, routinely bullied his senior staff and mismanaged the office.
The May report said O’Reilly demeaned and belittled subordinates, making them reluctant “to speak up and raise issues during meetings with him.”
