Chinese President Hu Jintao was the guest-of-honor during this morning’s commissioning of aircraft carrier Liaoning at Dalian.
Accompanying him was Premier Wen Jiabao; Vice Chairmen of CMC, Guo Boxiong and Xu Caihou; Secretary General of the State Council, Ma Kai; director of the PLA General Armaments Department, Chang Wanquan and chief of Navy, Wu Shengli.
