The chairman of the U.S. House Armed Services Committee wants the White House to explain why no C-RAM were redeployed from Iraq to Afghanistan.
In his letter, Buck McKeon accuses the Pentagon of failing to honor a request in 2009 approved by then-CENTCOM commander, Gen. David Petraeus to shift those systems when U.S. troops pulled out from Iraq.
