USAF told to improve UAV pilots’ promotion rate

The U.S. Congress has given the Air Force 180 days to report back on how it intends to improve promotion rates for UAV pilots once the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act is signed into law.

Data shows UAV pilots are less likely to be promoted than fighter, bomber and mobility pilots.
