YouTube: China carried out second BMD from Xinjiang
The Chinese Ministry of Defense has confirmed that a second BMD test was carried out on Jan. 27. Reports from Xinjiang in northwestern China indicates the test was carried out around 8pm local time and the booster had a blue plume.
