F-22s returning back from Middle East spent the night in New Hampshire

Six F-22s that are returning back to Holloman Air Force Base after a deployment in the Middle East landed at Pease Air National Guard Base on Sunday for a rest stop.

Australia to have only two F-35s by 2020

A leaked draft of Australia’s 2013 defense white paper says the RAAF will only have two F-35As delivered by end of the decade.

Two Japanese spy satellites launched successfully

Japan has put two spy satellites into orbit on Jan. 27 using a H-IIA rocket. One of them is a SAR satellite while the other is an demonstration satellite testing a new high-resolution optical system.

First GMD flight test since 2010 successfully carried out

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) successfully completed a flight test of a three-stage Ground-Based Interceptor (GBI), launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base on Jan. 26.
