The USAF says Gen Herbert Carlisle, PACAF commander, has decided that the Accident Investigation Board on the November 2010 crash of a F-22 be reconvened and not reopened.
The board will now just have to rewrite the report to clarify points brought up by the Pentagon Inspector General instead of reopening the investigation.
