The Indian Ministry of Defense has given AgustaWestland seven days to respond to a show cause notice over the cancellation of the AW101 VVIP helicopter contract.
Yet officials inside the Ministry are questioning whether the move is illegal given the fact the case has not gone to trial in Italy.
