Germany has decided to cut its Tiger attack helicopter program to 57 aircraft from 80 and will reduce NH90 TTH to 82 units from 122 aircraft.
Berlin will add 18 NFH helicopters under the new agreement with EADS. Eurocopter has also agreed to buy back 11 Tiger attack helicopters already handed over.
