The X-47B will never get to carry out autonomous aerial refueling tests after the U.S. Navy withdrew funding.
The previous plans was for the UCAS-D to conduct autonomous Navy-style probe-and-drogue and Air Force-style boom-and-receptacle refueling tests in 2014.
The U.S. Navy will now carry out a final autonomous aerial refueling test program using a manned surrogate aircraft.
