U.S. to send Patriots and possibly F-16s to Jordan for exercises

U.S. officials said Patriot missile defense batteries and possibly F-16s could be deployed to Jordan.

It is unclear if the Patriot missiles would remain in Jordan after Exercise Eager Lion ends.
