Iran’s ambassador to Russia says Tehran has rejected Moscow’s proposal to replace Iran’s order of S-300 missile system with Tor.
Mohammad Reza Sajjadi told RIA Novosti on Monday that the Tor “would be unable to fulfill the S-300’s functions.”
