Rosoboronexport says it is in talks with Ethiopia to sell 18 Su-30Ks that were returned by India. These aircraft are currently in Belarus.
Deputy director Alexander Mikheyev told RIA Novosti that the jets could be overhauled and modernized in four to six months after Ethiopia agrees to buy them.
