The B-2 will finally be installed with a very low frequency communication system that was omitted in 1992 due to budget constrains.
The Common Very Low Frequency Receiver (CVR) Increment 1 program will allow B-2 crew to receive presidential force direction from signals bounced off of lower levels of the atmosphere.
