The U.S. Navy has again awarded the development contract for the Next Generation Jammer to Raytheon again.
Last November, the Government Accountability Office sided with BAE Systems and threw out the initial award to Raytheon.
The Navy has since carried out a new cost and technical analysis of all three original bids.
