It has been reported that Turkish negotiators have hit technical snags with China Precision Machinery Import-Export Corp (CPMIEC) over the purchase of air defense missiles.
Turkish companies that are suppose to be subcontractors for the project have shown signs that they are unwilling to work with CPMIEC.
