Russian Su-24 buzzed USS Donald Cook

USS Donald Cook was buzzed by a Russian Su-24 fighter bomber while operating in international waters in the Black Sea on Apr. 12.

The fighter made 12 passes and one came within 1,000 yards of the warship at an altitude of only 500 feet.
