The body of a young boy was discovered in the wheel well of a C-130J after the aircraft landed at Ramstein Air Base, Germany on Jul. 27.
Pentagon Press Secretary Navy Rear Adm. John Kirby said the aircraft had just returned from supporting U.S. Africa Command operations with stops in Senegal, Mali, Chad, Tunisia and at the Navy Base in Sigonella, Italy.
