Colin Kolhepp was recuperating at Walter Reed Hospital after having his right leg amputated knee down due to an accident on board USS George H.W. Bush in June when President Obama drop in to visit him.
Both his legs were caught by the wheel of a F/A-18 Super Hornet and ran over, doctors said he was lucky to have survived.
