A tender to supply two long range patrol aircraft by the Philippines government has failed after bidders were unable to meet the requirements set by the Defense department.
Out of the seven companies that bid for the project, only Elta and Elbit met the eligibility requirements. However both companies did not provide sufficient information on the technical aspects of the aircraft they are offering.
