Germany has decided to cut the flying hours for its Eurofighter fleet after a manufacturing default was discover on the aircraft’s fuselage.
A large number of holes found in the rear fuselage has limit the life span of each fighter to 1,500 hours. 42 of Luftwaffe’s fighters are approaching this limit.
According to Spiegel Online, the fault was discovered by the Royal Air Force.
