CSBA: U.S. Army could field a forward-deployed A2/AD force
Expanding on U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel’s suggestion that the U.S. Army resume its mission of coastal defense, CSBA Research Fellow Eric Lindsey argues that the service should be bolder and field a forward-deployed anti-access/area-denial force with its land-based anti-air, anti-ship, and surface-to-surface strike assets.

Taiwan lifts grounding of AT-3 fleet
