BAE sues South Korea over F-16 upgrade

BAE Systems has filed a suit with a U.S. court to block South Korea from claiming a $43.26 million bid bond that the company had deposited in order to carry out the upgrade of Seoul’s F-16s.

South Korea canceled the upgrade program and wanted BAE to forfeit the bond after talks failed.
