An investigation into a complain received from a hotline has verified four issues with the C-5 upgrade program carried out by Lockheed Martin.
The Inspector General said the Air Force failed to stop Lockheed Martin from delivering defective parts, and that the Air Force actually spent its own money to fix those problems.
