The Indonesian Air Force (TNI-AU) may backtrack from a plan to establish a fighter squadron in the eastern part of the island nation.
Chief of Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Agus Supriatna, said 11th Air Squadron at Sultan Hasanuddin Air Force Base, South Sulawesi, can fill in the requirement from its current location.
