A latest RAND research report is assessing weaknesses in the People’s Liberation Army’s (PLA) combat capabilities in the land, air, maritime, space, and electromagnetic domains.
Amongst the key findings include: poor quality of its personnel and rampant corruption.
Chinese forces also face challenges in defending its interests in space and electromagnetic spectrum.
