Bogdan: Physical resemblance between FC-31, F-35 purely cosmetic

Speaking to reporters ahead of the Australian International Airshow, the F-35 program manager said China’s FC-31 physical resemblance to the F-35 was purely cosmetic.

“Just because it looks like ours doesn’t mean it performs on the inside like ours,” Lt. Gen. Christopher Bogdan said.

Bogdan added that no classified information from the program were stolen by Chinese hackers.
