The U.S. Air Force has conceded that Boeing will not be able to take the KC-46A on its maiden flight in April. It will likely be carried out in the second quarter of the year.

Brig. Gen. Duke Z. Richardson, the U.S. Air Force Program Executive Officer for Tankers, added that there is some risk the tanker could miss the second quarter target too.
