Vietnam upgraded its S-125 air defense system

Vietnam has successfully upgraded its S-125 (NATO: SA-3) air defense system. A successful test firing was carried out on Jun. 4 outside Hanoi.

The S-125-2TM is now able to hit small targets including cruise missiles. The fire control system has been modernized to engage two separate targets at the same time.
