The U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Information Directorate is soliciting white papers from the industry on how to assess, locate, and characterize Hard and Deeply Buried Targets (HDBT).

While much work has been done to neutralize HDBTs, the service is interested in developing far-term plans to develop better capability to locate and characterize facilities of this type.
