Rostec deputy director Dmitry Rytenkov told RIA Novosti that China and Russia are developing a unmanned aerial vehicle that can be quickly launched using a 300mm rocket.

The multiple rocket launcher can quickly deploy the UAV out to a distance of 90km. It will then loiter over the battlefield for 30 minutes.
