A Russian MiG-31 has crashed in the Far East and both crew members were spotted on the ground by a Il-38.

“Search and rescue helicopters will evacuate the plots as soon as the weather improves,” the Russian Defense Ministry says.
The fighter was returning to its base in Kamchatka from a routine training mission when it disappeared from radar around 15:38 GMT on Oct. 30.
