Six F-15Cs left RAF Lakenheath to support combat air patrol mission in Turkey

The USAF has deployed six F-15Cs from the 48th Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath to support the combat air patrol mission in Turkey on Nov. 6.

The press release says the deployment is “in response to the Government of Turkey’s request for support in securing the sovereignty of Turkish airspace.”
