Yemen’s Houthi rebels fired missiles into Saudi Arabia on Nov. 13 and 14. On both occasions, the missiles were intercepted by Patriot missiles fired by UAE’s batteries.

Brig. Gen. Murad Turaiq, the commander of the Yemeni military in Marib and Bayda provinces, told The National that the first missile was shot down in the Al Gofainah area while the second was heading for Al Jawf province.
