Russian Tu-160s launched their cruise missiles over Iran?

Using a video from the Russian Ministry of Defense, Alex Ivanov was able to geolocate the area whereby Tu-160 bombers released their cruise missiles.

Matching the landscape and river in the video, the location was identified as the Karkheh Wildlife Refuge in Iran.
