The British Prime Minister’s Office has announced the decision to buy 9 Boeing P-8 maritime patrol aircraft. The Eurofighter fleet will be upgraded with AESA radars too.

British Prime Minister David Cameron will make the announcements when he unveils the Government’s five year National Security Strategy and Strategic Defence and Security review in the House of Commons later today.
