Last Boeing C-17 to depart from Long Beach today
The final C-17 to be built will depart the Long Beach plant in California today. The cargo plane will head to one of Boeing’s maintenance and modification centers in San Antonio.

Afghanistan places order for 65 ScanEagles
Afghanistan has place a $70 million order to buy eight sets of the Insitu ScanEagle UAS under the Foreign Military Sales program. These systems consist of 65 ScanEagle Air Vehicles.

F-16 pilot clocks 3,000 hours and 1,000 combat hours while on deployment
Col. Henry Rogers, 455th Expeditionary Operations Group commander, reached 3,000 hours on the F-16 on Oct. 29 while deployed to Afghanistan.
