A ASH-3D naval helicopter and a F27 were delivered back to the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy on Dec. 1 after extensive overhauls.

The handover ceremony took place at the naval base in Bandar Abbas. Commander of IRIN, Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari, attended the ceremony.
It took engineers 37 months to restore the ASH-3D and 36 months for the F27.
