The first NH Industries (NHI) NH90 anti-submarine warfare (ASW) for the Swedish Air Force has been delivered to the customer.

On the same day, NHI and FMW (Swedish Military Procurement Agency) signed an agreement to convert four existing NH90 search-and-rescue variants to the ASW configuration.
Sweden has an order for 18 examples and the latest contract will eventually bring the number of ASW variants to 9 aircraft.
