Armenia keen on getting refurbished Il-76s and Su-30SMs
Armenia’s Deputy Defense Minister Alik Mirzabekyan and the Deputy Director of Russia’s Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation, Konstantin Biryulin, chaired the Armenian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission on Military-Technical Cooperation this week and both sides discussed on Armenia’s request to buy three refurbished Il-76s and Su-30SM fighters.
