In a speech to the Center for Strategic and International Studies, head of the United States Strategic Command, Adm. Cecil D. Haney, said China has so far conducted six successful tests of its hypersonic glide vehicle.
“It recently conducted its sixth successful test of a hypersonic glide vehicle, and as we saw in September last year, is parading missiles clearly displaying their modernization and capability advancement.”
Washington Free Beacon said the most recent test was carried out on Nov. 23 from China’s Wuzhai missile test center in central China.
