Female F-15E WSO clocks 1,000 combat hours

A woman F-15E weapon systems officer assigned to the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing achieved the rare feat of having 1,000 combat hours on the fighter-bomber during a sortie on Feb. 13.

Maj. Jennifer, her last name was not disclosed, logged her first combat sortie in 2009 during a tour in Afghanistan.
