3D printed UAV from Johns Hopkins University can remain submerge underwater for 2 months

An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) developed by researchers from Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory has proven that it can remain submerge in saltwater for two months and then launched into the air to carry out its mission.

The Corrosion Resistant Aerial Covert Unmanned Nautical System is made using a 3D printer by a team from APL’s Force Projection Sector.
