Flights in and out of Waco Regional Airport in Texas were affected on May 17 after a Royal Australian Air Force C-27J cargo plane blew two tires during a touch-and-go training exercise after midnight.

The incident left the plane stranded on the runway till 7 p.m. local time. Four outbound and three inbound flights had to be canceled.
